Polyester thermal transfer digital printing
The polyester thermal transfer digital printing technology first uses digital technology to input the designed pattern into a computer, and after editing and processing it through color separation and plate making software, converts the pattern information into digital signals. Subsequently, these digital signals control specialized digital printing machines to directly spray dispersed dyes and other pigments onto thermal transfer paper, forming the desired pattern. During the printing process, these pigments will be precisely controlled through on-demand inkjet printing, reducing waste and improving efficiency. After completing the pattern printing on the heat transfer paper, the pattern is transferred from the heat transfer paper to the polyester fabric through a heat transfer equipment. This process usually requires high temperature (such as around 210 ℃) and certain pressure to sublimate the dye on the heat transfer paper and firmly adhere to the polyester fabric, forming a long-lasting and brightly colored printing effect.
