This strategic cooperation between Interstate Digital and Honghua Digital will purchase 3 paint single pass printing machines and 10 high-speed scanning machines, with an investment of over 80 million yuan. In the next two years, a digital printing intelligent digital printing factory with a daily production capacity of 2 million meters will be built. And we will also purchase an additional 15 single pass and 50 scanning machines to provide a flexible fast response supply chain for the transformation, upgrading, and sustainable development of the domestic home textile industry.
At present, the entire textile industry is facing a situation of weak domestic and international demand, with overseas channels still destocking and domestic replenishment mainly consisting of small and single units, resulting in insufficient overall operating rates in the industry. In this situation, digital printing equipment has become more attractive than traditional circular and flat screen printing equipment. It does not require plate making, thus saving the cost of plate making for small and medium-sized orders. It can significantly help downstream customers reduce inventory pressure, achieve rapid turnover, and increase the willingness of traditional customers to transform to digital printing.
Compared to ordinary printing machines, single pass printing equipment has faster printing speed, higher color reproduction, color stability and consistency, and a significant cost advantage per unit.
