Jiangsu Interstate Digital Printing Co., Ltd. As early as March this year, Interstate Digital signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Honghua Digital Technology, ordering multiple Honghua digital printing machines with a total investment of over 80 million yuan, demonstrating its firm confidence and forward-looking layout for the future development of digital printing technology. After six months of careful preparation, installation, and debugging, the Honghua VEGA One Single Pass digital printing machine has been successfully delivered and put into production, and is officially unveiled at this moment.

The Honghua VEGA One has a 2.6-meter ultra wide printing door width, adopts an 8-color paint direct spraying scheme, and is equipped with Kyocera circulating nozzles. It can install 384 nozzles, with a printing speed of up to 100 meters per minute and a printing accuracy of up to 1200dpi. It is worth mentioning that the printing platform of this device is customized by Dongshen, ensuring manufacturing quality and stable performance.

According to on-site information from the printing agency, the Honghua VEGA One that has been turned on this time is a wide width coating Single Pass digital printing machine, and its technological market foresight is self-evident. The successful startup of VEGA One fills the gap in the Single Pass digital printing machine that uses direct spray coating technology on wide width textiles.
