In order to promote the development and transformation of the digital coating and printing industry, and respond to the call of the country to build "new quality productivity", Jiangsu Interstate Digital Printing recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hangzhou Honghua Digital Science and Technology, with a total investment of over 85 million yuan, introducing dozens of domestic digital printing machines including Single Pass high-speed digital coating and printing machines, and constructing a modern digital factory covering a complete production process including printing, post-processing, and finished product shipment. After the factory is put into operation, the coating printing capacity can reach 200000 meters per day.
According to the introduction, this batch of digital printing equipment includes three Single Pass printing machines, model VEGA ONE SP, with a single cost of over 15 million yuan and 336 print heads. The main body is designed and manufactured by Hangzhou Honghua Digital Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and is supported by Dongshen Industrial's base. The printing speed can reach 4000 meters per hour.
In addition to the Single Pass high-speed printing machine, this interstate digital equipment renovation project has also introduced six VEGA IX5 belt type digital printing machines, mainly to make up for the shortcomings of the Single Pass printing machine in dark and full bottom pattern printing. The cost of a single device exceeds 2.6 million yuan, equipped with 64 nozzles and a printing speed of 800 meters per hour. The combination of Single Pass and tape guided printing machine covers all production modes of pigment printing, enhances the company's pigment printing production capacity, and further consolidates the company's position in the digital printing industry.
The highly anticipated Single Pass high-speed printing machine in this project has officially started production. The main leaders of Interstate Digital, Honghua Digital Science and Technology, and Dongshen Industry gathered together to hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate this milestone event in the digital printing industry.
